Short Introduction to CAST

In cooperation with you as the client, a hard copy or online questionnaire will be developed which includes input specific to your business.

The design of the online questionnaires can follow your corporate identity. This will enable the survey participants to recognize your company.

After successful completion of a joint pre-test, the survey can be carried out – as a rough guideline, you should schedule a duration of four to eight weeks.

Based on the list of participants submitted by you, we will send out invitations via e-mail including personalized access codes.

CAST’s internal participation administration function allows you to remind invited individuals of the survey, if they haven’t participated yet.

After conclusion of the survey, you will receive an edited evaluation including the collected data. In general, the surveys are completely anonymous, thereby avoiding the risk of biased and unobjective answers.
